Back Story: Our second year pinot. We decided to make a wine
that is a bit lighter in color than our first 2015 vintage, a wine that
delights the eye when peered through a backlit glass. This wine sat on the skins for only 1 and a ½ weeks before being pressed, and then spent just 2 months in oak barrels. The best part of this wine is its finish; it lingers for what seems like an eternity on the pallet. Limited quantity of 32 cases available.
